Hurricane Helene Hits Florida Theme Parks: Peppa Pig Park Closes, Disney World Updates Expected


Hurricane Helene is currently impacting Florida's theme parks as it approaches landfall, anticipated to hit as a Category 3 hurricane. In response, several major attractions in Central Florida have adjusted their operations to ensure guest safety.

Universal Orlando Resort has announced the cancellation of its Halloween Horror Nights event scheduled for September 26, along with the closure of its Volcano Bay water park. The park plans to close at regular hours, with Universal Studios shutting its doors at 5 PM and Islands of Adventure at 8 PM. Universal CityWalk will also close early at 8 PM, although the hotels on-site will remain open​
